...that's how long it's been since I last updated this thing.

As usual, a lot of changes have occurred. Life loves to take me by the
balls and stir up any form of "normalcy" left in me. Se la vie. I'm sure
the same thing could be said by anyone reading this.

On the illustration front, I've been super busy. I am always amazed
that anyone finds interest in my work let alone hire me. That being
said I am now represented by Illustration Ltd. If I were in a savage,
bare knuckle, street rumble they'd have my back. They'd dawn the
chain link around a fist or two and take a knife in the gut for me.

...an album cover. I've heard that it might get a Grammy nomination.
Kinda surreal, no?

I've been super busy these last 2 months working on a project for
Nike/Kobe Bryant and the World Cup. I'm not sure when it'll get released.
I'll know in a couple days what the status is.

Here's a quick time lapse thingy:

I was contacted by the fine folks at Nike to produce artwork for the grand opening
of their House of Hoops store in Dallas, TX. They commissioned a total of 5 pieces.
The end result was printed, large in scale, on geso textured wood and displayed
throughout the store.

I've also created a lot of artwork for their Tshirts using the same process mixing
photos with hand drawn illustration but I can't share those just yet. Soonish...

Lots of shtuff in the news:

• I've been busy juggling some projects with Nike Basketball. Shirts and
other cool stuff. Can't post any of it just yet. Soonish....

• Some friends and I have launched a side project called Posterguise.
Where we'll be making and selling screen printed posters. This first batch
of artworks is a set of three 13X19/ 3 color prints.





• I entered some art into a competition at Infectious. If you get chance, sign up, and vote
for me, please :)

• If you're anywhere near West Berlin check out the Blood Sweat Vector show. I have a
couple pieces on exhibit, alongside some talented folks.

• Also, debating whether I should keep this Livejournal or move everything to an official blog.
Not sure yet...

• As a side note, my apologies to the world for pulling a disappearing act.

I have just uploaded the newest version of
my website LOSFOKOS.COM. This time I'm
including a lot of new illustrations I've done for
Band Merch and other tee graphics. There's
still lots of stuff I'll be adding within the next
couple months....

This tee shirt I illustrated is available at hottopic now.

Starting next month, a couple evenings out of the week, I'm gonna
help my buddy run his bar in downtown..... I did a flyer/poster for
the place.

I'm in dire need of change. There seems to be a lull everywhere I look
in my personal life and witnessing it is agitating. It'll be nice to get some
night air and meet some strangers.
